The school has amazing teaching staff that appreciates the work of the bnot sherut and accompany them throughout the year. The girls work with the regular classes, as well as helping children who are more challenged in the class room, and are responsible for school projects and organizations of activities such as the student government. The girls form amazing relationships with the children and the teachers, and become an inseparable part of the school. In the afternoons, the bnot sherut here are involved in all aspects of the community. Each Bat Sherut picks among the options of: an afternoon Mo’adoneet Revacha (welfare), private one-on-one sessions with children of the community, the youth departments, “helping progress the youth”, kids with special needs, the elderly, a mo’adoneet for Ethiopian immigrants, a mo’adoneet for special needs children, after school programs, and social initaitves of your own that contribute to being active in the community.
